Indian wide-format inkjet printers manufacturer, ColorJet India is launching its latest innovation VULCAN at Media Expo. The high speed 3.2 metre UV LED Roll to Roll Printer will be the highlight of hall 11, Stall C67 from September 22-24, 2017 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. VULCAN will also be exhibited at Visual Impact to be held in October 2017 in Sydney, Australia.
VULCAN is empowered with the V8 technology and offers benefits of multi-tasking and multithreading to speed up the printing operations and maximise productivity. It combines outstanding print quality with smart memory utilization, speedy communication and thermal design technology.
The inkjet printer is equipped with an industrial head (Industrial Grade Jetting Assembly) and is expandable to translate into enhanced productivity and profitability for users. Capable of printing at 120 m/hr, VULCAN also offers White Printing, Flexi Layer technology and a LED Light Box System. Additionally, its motorized carriage height adjustment, automatic ink regulator, LED lamps, plasma anti-static device, vacuum system, pneumatic press rubber roller, reinforced beams and carriage safety sensor features, make it is a great versatile machine.
The printer is loaded with an Eco Cooling System, in which the water cooling system is embedded which maintains printing temperature as well as removes media wrinkle. The dual-roll option enables customers to install two or more rolls one after another, thus enabling simultaneous multiple job execution and efficient results with smaller media. Its Media Trimming System feature enables to cut the print media vertically in uni-direction.
The ColorJet generation of white inks used by the inkjet printer are opaque which enable low ink consumption for coloured or dark substrates as well as transparent materials like glass for backlit and front-lit applications. Moreover, the white configuration technology can also be used as a spot colour along with white ink circulation system.
