Eyes double digit growth with new enhanced capabilities.
Drisya Communications is one of the leading advertising agencies in India with three full-fledged branches at Kochi, Trivandrum and Calicut. With an array of satisfied clients to its credit, the organisation has grown from strength to strength – starting from newspaper and radio ads in 2006 to expanding with sister concern, Drisya Creations to provide Graphic Design solutions in 2016.
Drisya Creations started its journey with a Xerox C70 and grew under the able leadership of Managing Partner, Ms. Uma Mahesh. Recently, they decided to expand their Digital Printing foray with the addition of a Xerox Versant 3100. “Considering the growing print volume, we were looking to upgrade our production equipment to achieve higher productivity at economical operating cost,” comments Mr. Mahesh Thanayath as he speaks about the decision in favour of their latest Xerox, which happens to be India’s first Versant 3100.
“The Xerox Versant 3100 gives us capability of superior print quality with 10 bit technology along with desired productivity. For us, it’s not just about getting great quality prints, it’s more about getting these prints in quick time and that is where the automation features of the Xerox Versant 3100 help us. It allows us to offer our customers the value of quality and convenience,” he adds.
The Xerox Versant 3100 is a feature rich machine – from 10 Bit RIP processing to a full width array that allows online calibration, profiling and image to media alignment. “The compact belt fuser enables the machine to handle wide variety of substrates that expand our client list from Offset printers to corporate and advertising agencies,” emphasises Mahesh.
The Xerox Versant 3100 has a duty cycle of 2.5 lakhs A4 impressions, so, it’s capable of taking large volumes at real quick time. It also gives the best of quality on multiple substrates. This will in turn help Drisya dabble with a variety of applications from polyesters, linens to specialty/ textured media, says Mahesh. “Overall, we look to reduce our overall costs, produce more and grow our customer base across industry segments,” he concludes.
Though Drisya considered a number of other press options before going in for the Versant 3100, the Xerox emerged a clear winner when it came to perfectly meeting their requirements. Mahesh plans a double digit growth for his business with their new investment.
