At Pamex, Ample Graphics to have live demo of a Fully Automatic Dry Lamination Machine and a Window Patching Machine with V notch option.
Ample Graphics got established in June 2015 with the association of Rajeev Jagga & Sachin Kala. Rajeev Jagga, a veteran with over 25 Years of experience in the industry. He has been distributor for TechNova and carries forward a legacy of family ties with the industry spanning nearly a 100 years through Standard Machinery, erstwhile Standard Type Foundry, of Chennai. Sachin Kala is a Printing Technologist. He started his career in production at a packing unit in Jaipur before entering into marketing – first with Technova and then with Autoprint and others. He has been associated with and serving leading printers in North and Western India.
The friendship spanning more than 20 years together with like mindedness and similar goals gave rise to the idea of Ample Graphics. They keep the operational responsibilities segregated and also keep the operations totally independent as well.
The company today represents about 7 big names of Chinese printing equipment manufacturers. Some of these companies are: Tiancen Machinery (Laminating and UV coating machines), LongXingSheng (LXS – Rigid Box lines) and Shengtu (Case Maker), Zihong (Folder Gluers) have extensive European experience and are regulars at Drupa. This long-term exposure to the high end European markets has fine-tuned their products to stand out from other products from China. The high quality products are ideally suited for the Indian market.
The others like Huayin Machinery (Automatic Die Cutter), Haoxing Machinery (Envelope Making & Window Patching) & HRB Pack (Corrugation Equipment) are renowned in China in their own fields.
In a short span of just a couple of years, Ample Graphics has sold over 100 machines to over 15 customers in North and Western India. Some of the names includes, Nutech Packagings – NOIDA, Any Graphics – NOIDA, Tirupati Polymers – Kala Amb, Dev Print pack – Ahmedabad, Bhambari Printers – Chandigarh, Prem Industries – Ghaziabad, Brijwasi Art Press – NOIDA, Forum Print – Mumbai, Summit Mod Styles – Vasai, Bhandari Offset – Jodhpur, Balaji Post Press – Rajkot, Rave Scan – Manesar, Award Offset Printers – Silvasa, Perfect Print & Pack – Vasai, Jash Packaging – Vadodara, Saiswaram – Vadodara, etc. The current and potential order book is tuned to exponentially increase this figure.
To provide the deserving service support has been the key success mantra for the company. It has been the service focus and word-of-mouth publicity that has helped the company grow. Repeat orders from more than 40% of the customers, is a testimony of their commitment towards the customers. This feat is achieved though a dedicated team of service engineers which are spread across North India (Delhi, Rajasthan & Gujarat) to provide prompt service to customer demands. The focus on service is much appreciated by customers and the partners. Today, Ample Graphics is providing service support to the customers having machines from these Chinese companies sold through their previous sales associations also.
Post the GST implementation, business has become smoother for the importer trader. “It is now possible to route nearly all sales though our books unlike earlier when sales to packaging companies had to be made directly due to the inability to provide CVD benefits,” says Rajeev Jagga.
During the forthcoming PAMEX, the company expects to announce a new tie-up and some related exciting news. They plan to have live demonstrations of a Fully Automatic Dry Lamination Machine and a Window Patching Machine with V notch option.
