“Komori India stands with the entire Kerala printing industry at this critical moment.” – Sangam Khanna, Komori India.
Standing shoulder to shoulder with the print fraternity members in Kerala in these days of distress, Komori India has extended all possible support to the flood hit state. “It gives us deep pain to see the unthinkable tragedy in Kerala especially the damages the members of print fraternity have been suffered from due to the state-wide flood,” says Sangam Khanna, Deputy MD of Komori India. “We are sure this situation is intolerable for the members in our industry. This loss appears almost irreparable but it has moved most of us in the industry,” he adds while speaking on the devastation caused by Kerala.
In a statement, Khanna says that Komori India stands with the entire Kerala printing industry at this critical moment. The company has promised every possible support to Komori customers and people of the state while redeveloping what’s been damaged and getting back to normal working conditions in the shortest time. They have already contributed to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund for Kerala redevelopment. Besides, they have set up a “Call Centre” for the aid for their customers in Kerala in our Faridabad office with Ms. Heena at 9599068152. The centre will be operational from 27th of August with calls being picked up during 9 am to 6 pm.
For all customers who have service contract with Komori, Komori will provide free service labour. And for those who don’t have the service contract, the support will be limited to operating cost. Komori has also considered special pricing for spare parts to help customers affected by the sad flood.
“We are now contacting all our customers one by one and trying to find the whole picture of this disaster. Since, only a few flights are available to Kerala, the situation will take some time to come under control with our engineers flying in from other regions,” he says.
