“PrintPack has always been very good for us and we could get
an over whelming response,” says Sangam Khanna, Komori. The company’s stand at
PrintPack 2019 was a crowd puller as always. “We have always shown our best and
will continue to perform in PrintPack with our latest technologies. We received
an immense visitor response and turnout was good as expected,” says Sangam.
It’s been good that PrintPack is now a 6 days event,
according to Sangam. “Given the time required to move machines, installation,
dismantling packing of machines to the right destination, the duration is well
justified from an exhibitor’s point of view. As for visitors, those from
outstation locations can benefit by travelling on week days and spending
quality time with exhibitors as well,” opines Sangam.
Komori did business in the range of 60-70 crores at PrintPack·
“We have sold to commercial, Semi Commercial and Packaging printing customers,”
he further adds.
“This was my seventh Print Pack in 2019 and I see it getting
better each time. I see that in size is may be the third largest graphic Arts
show in the world after Drupa and China Print,” continues Sangam.
He also observed the signs of revival of the industry at the show.
“When the customers are looking for divested investments with large plants
increasing capacity, it’s obviously a signal of revival. When commercial
printers want to invest in new verticals of print, again it is a signal to
revival,” declares Sangam Khanna.
