Remember the hullabaloo at drupa 2016 about Landa racking on orders worth over 450 million Euro for their Land Nana Presses? And oh yeah, that the company had booked machines in every major geographical regions of the world. And then the whole ‘hot topic’ kind of settled to normalcy and just before the now postponed drupa 2020, it gathered steam once again. Now that drupa has been postponed and with many notable exhibtor’s withdrawls, Landa has brought about a video with a Q&A with their senior most executives including Benny Landa himself with a short video clipping of the installations across the globe which numbers to under a dozen. The presses have been installed in countries like Mexico too with a few in the US and the Europe as well along with one in China. India is still to score!

For those of you who aren’t too aware of Landa – Landa Digital Printing whose Nanographic Printing presses claim to bridge the industry’s “Profitability Gap”, cost-effectively combining the versatility of digital with the qualities and speed of offset to produce short-to-medium runs with the lowest cost per digitally-printed page in the industry. Benny Landa was the one who invented the Indigo presses which were then bought over by Hewlett Packard and rechristened HP Indigo.
