Ricoh India, the Printing & Document solutions and IT services provider showcased its premium range of production printers at the recently concluded Print Expo 2016 at the Chennai Trade Centre from 12th – 14th August 2016. Print Expo is the regions’ largest and most successful exhibition on pre-press, printing, print finishing, converting and signage.
Sambit Mishra, COO PP, Ricoh India, while talking to PRESSIdeas spoke about the Indian business and the ramifications of the recent financial mix-up and reports of imminent funding from Japan. “The business is as usual for Ricoh with sales progressing. Though there are challenges owing to the recent developments, we are working on strategies to keep the business smooth. The business at PrintExpo has been good. We sold all the machines that we had on display at the show,” he says.
Ricoh has discontinued the machine financing option from the 31st of March 2016. Now, it is Yes Bank which is financing Ricoh equipments in India.
